Job Summary: responsible for working with partners to develop and implement approaches to unlock public and private capital for land acquisitions, conservation easements and improved forest management in the Lake Maumelle watershed for source water protection; seeking funding/financial support for the program; developing and reviewing of contractual documents as they pertain to land acquisitions and Conservation Easements; leading watershed conservation and acquisition activities on private lands; coordinating land use/stewardship activities with landowners and partner organizations; analyzes, prepares and presents technical information and reports; builds Watershed Protection Program support; and performs other essential duties as assigned.
