BirdLife are implementing an ERP system to replace individual department processes and generate single ways of working globally. The ERP software is from Unit4 and BirdLife are currently in the Familiarisation phase of the project that has an implementation date of early next year.

Birdlife are looking for a volunteer based in the UK to support and guide the organisation through the following:

• All the change management aspects of the project

• Creating and maintaining of a training plan but also including development of all necessary training materials and classroom delivery

• Design, develop and deliver the training and learning approach for our Unit4 ERP  implementation

• Support with identification
