Our Ledbury Shop is a key way for us to raise funds to achieve our aims; fundraising is the primary purpose of the shop. In addition, the shop provides a public face for the Trust and a place where we can engage with our supporters; inform them about our work and inspire them to take action for wildlife. The successful candidate should seek to maximize the income of the shop through sales of donated and new items. In addition, they should promote the work of the Trust to volunteers, donors and customers alike. They should achieve these aims through professional and attractive stocking and merchandising of the shop; supporting and managing a team of volunteers and excellent customer service.
