Context of the Position The Clean the Bay Day Intern will assist the Hampton Roads Grassroots Manager, Clean the Bay Day Assistant, and other employees in the Hampton Roads office with organizing the Clean the Bay Day event. Essential Functions • Supporting the Grassroots Manager and Clean the Bay Day Assistant with outreach for CBF’s successful Clean the Bay Day program. • Assisting with implementation of the Clean the Bay Day plan for expansion into other geographic areas of Virginia; may include updating current recruitment materials and CTBD website and PowerPoint presentations, and development of additional databases for targeted recruitment of new partners and volunteers. • Assisting with distribution of Clean the Bay Day printed materials as needed to partners and
