Overview: Coordinate and implement data analysis and mapping for the Seeds of Success (SOS) National Collection and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Plant Conservation and Restoration Program. Position is located at the Boise, Idaho Office of Bureau of Land Management, with an anticipated start date May 2020. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with the SOS national curator to assist with data management related to the National Collection. Verify and georeference the information that is currently in the SOS database (i.e. ensuring that the coordinates, state, county, ecoregion, land owner, and locational details concur).
  • Provide analyses on the National Collection, using GIS, in order to strategically add taxa and population
