Job Function and Responsibilities The Endocrinologist contributes to the success of the Chicago Zoological Society and excellence in conservation science and animal welfare by managing the CZS Endocrine Research and Service Lab to improve daily animal care and welfare. The lab is part of the Center for Science of Animal Welfare (CSAW) and is dedicated to advancing the field of wildlife endocrinology. The primary duties and responsibilities include:
