We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Executive to provide inspirational leadership in accordance with our charitable objectives, providing clear direction, setting strategic goals and engaging all staff, stakeholders and volunteers. You will work with the Chair, Board and Senior Management Team to continue to develop the vision for our future, determining and driving our business strategy. You will inspire, lead and cultivate the Senior Management Team to achieve our mission through their directorate teams. You will stay cognisant of issues that may impact the trust, responding and reacting whilst mitigating risks. You will also ensure NWT maintains financial security and ensure that we meet all legal requirements. We are looking for someone with substantial senior m
