Who is Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado? Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC) was founded in 1984 and is the state's leading outdoor stewardship organization. Each year, VOC engages thousands of people, providing a volunteer workforce for recreation and ecosystem restoration projects in partnership with land management agencies, nonprofits, and community groups.
