Scope We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to spend the summer helping the Museum of Surrey with summer day camps and community outreach. Responsibilities The Community Services Assistant 1 – Junior Leader will: Provide cultural and historical program opportunities for the local community. Provide Museum support at community outreach events. Organize, prepare and deliver Museum day camps for children 4-10 years of age. Assist to distribute promotional material for the Museum’s fall school programs. Assist with researching crafts, games and activities. Qualifications Completion of Grade 12. A current Emergency First Aid with CPR-C/AED certificate. Some experience working with children and the public. Experience in a cultural facility setting.
