The Columbia Land Conservancy, Chatham, NY, seeks an experienced conservation projects manager to assist in developing and implementing community conservation projects.  This position is an integral part of CLC’s land protection team and will be responsible for land owner outreach, conservation easement transactions, trade land projects, and fee land acquisitions; and working on special conservation projects, as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in applicable field and a minimum of three years of professional experience related to land use planning and/or conservation transactions (both conservation easements and fee acquisitions); more extensive experience strongly preferred.  Must have the ability to work with diverse public and private interests.  Background in land
