The Columbia Land Conservancy, Chatham, NY, seeks an experienced conservation projects manager to assist in developing and implementing community conservation projects.  This position is an integral part of CLC’s land protection team and will be responsible for land owner outreach, conservation easement transactions, trade land projects, and fee land acquisitions; and working on special conservation projects, as assigned.
