The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Communications Center consists of two positions; Customer Service Representatives and Hunt Planners. These positions are often crossed trained to ensure staff availability to Colorado Parks and Wildlife constituents. CPW Communications Center staff are generally the first point of contact for many of our constituents. These positions develop methods for determining the best, most accurate answers to public inquiries. Most requests are handled directly by the position, in some cases, information requests must be referred to the appropriate CPW employee or other agency.
