Your mission as a Community Organiser will be to nurture and empower the communities which make up the fabric of the Dover area. You will enable people to help themselves through supporting the design and delivery of a series of facilitated and sustainable activities leading to a ripple effect of people taking action for nature and the climate. We have identified four communities within Dover that we wish to focus this work with, these are: The LGBTQ+ community(ies), the migrant community(ies), the Tower Hamlets community(ies), the school community(ies). However, it is recognised that there is diversity within these communities and there is overlap between them.
