PURPOSE OF JOB: The Naturalist develops and delivers high quality environmental education programs through school and community outreach, camps, and guided tours/field trip programs at the Conservancy Nature Center. The Naturalist works effectively as a member of the education team to support the Conservancys mission. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver school and adult education programs including outreach, field trips/tours, camps, homeschool programs, and community festivals. Teach about Southwest Florida's habitats, wildlife, and conservation to all age groups. Support with program and curriculum development for education program offerings. Co-develop and serve as lead counselor for Conservancy Camp programs. Handles ambassador animals for educational programs. Assi
