The Conservation Coordinator will work with the public, landowners, and government groups to conserve open space in the Fairbanks area. The Conservation Coordinator will work on a part-time contract basis, providing his/her own work space, computer and internet access, and be supervised by the Interior Alaska Land Trust Board of Directors. Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Land Trust web site and post current content on Facebook page and Instagram account
  • Organize several outreach events per year
  • Create and send out an annual newsletter, with help from the board
  • Maintain spreadsheet of properties and their status on conservation checklist
  • Contact landowners – respond to those that contact IALT and initiate conta
