The Conservation Manager will work closely with the Conservation Director and other staff on conservation transactions.  The Manager will map new land protection projects using GIS and assist in site visits and applying NEWT’s project selection rubric to determine project feasibility.  The successful applicant will also support NEWT’s response to landowners and be proactive in seeking out conservation opportunities across our six-state service area. The Conservation Manager will also participate in organizational outreach, development, and stewardship efforts as needed.
