Mersey Gateway Environmental Trust (MGET) is an independent charitable trust set up in 2010 to monitor, protect, and improve the natural environment across a 1,600ha area of the Upper Mersey Estuary, running all the way from the Runcorn-Widnes Bridge, and upriver as far as Warrington. We are working with Halton Borough Council to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced environmental Conservation Officer to join the team at the MGET as soon as possible. In this role you will have the opportunity to join an established organisation looking to expand and develop its activities, be involved in active nature conservation, research and community engagement. As a Conservation Officer you will be contributing to the successful operation
