The Centre for Indigenous Environmental Resources (CIER) is seeking a Conservation Planner for a contract position. Reporting to CIER and partnering with Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), the Conservation Planner is responsible for supporting Indigenous communities in British Columbia on work related to conservation planning. Location: while CIER staff work remotely across Canada, preference will be given to applicants residing in British Columbia and Alberta as the position may involve travel to remote communities (when it is safe to do so) Eligibility: Although preference will be given to Indigenous applicants (including First Nations, Métis and Inuit), all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
