Founded in 1903, Fauna & Flora International (FFI) is the world’s longest established
international conservation organisation. Our vision is to create a sustainable future for the
planet where biodiversity is conserved by the people living closest to it. We aim to do this
through the conservation of threatened species and ecosystems worldwide, choosing
solutions that are sustainable, based on sound science and take account of human needs.
We have become a trusted entity in the world of conservation. Today FFI is active in over 40
countries.

FFI is seeking a Conservation Technology Specialist to join the Conservation Capacity &
Leadership team to provide expertise in the identification, design and delivery of technology
projects and develop technology sector partnerships to build and strengthen our
conservation impact. Leading technology company, Arm, is investing in the role to enable us
to find ways to scale up conservation impact significantly through innovative use of
technology. This position will provide oversight, technical expertise and support to existing
projects as well as identify and deliver new technology activities.

Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Permanent

You will have a proven track record in identifying and implementing technical solutions in
austere or remote operating environments and be passionate about the potential that
technology can offer conservation challenges. You will have an up-to-date knowledge and
