The successful candidate will be required to support Reserves Volunteers and Trainees, including:
- Managing the Volunteer Conservation Trainees.
- Assisting the Volunteer Co-ordinator and Reserves Volunteer Leaders in ensuring volunteer processes are followed.
- Working on Reserves with volunteers with additional needs to improve wellbeing.
- Working alongside the reserves team in delivering practical conservation duties, monitoring activities across Herefordshire Wildlife Trust's suite of reserves in the county, to include Queenswood Co
