The Torbay Coast & Countryside Trust cares for over 1,750 acres of land including cherished sites such as Berry Head, Hope’s Nose, Anstey’s Cove and Cockington Country Park.  We are based at Occombe Farm, which incorporates a popular café, vegetable and herb garden, nature trail, small play area and a range of livestock including cattle, sheep, pigs, pygmy goats, alpacas, ducks and chickens. We are looking to recruit an individual with at least two year’s relevant experience to fill the role of Countryside Ranger for Occombe Farm. In this role you will take the lead on managing all the visitor-facing aspects of the site including infrastructure (signs, paths etc.), animal husbandry and growing produce in the garden for use in our on-site café.
