Description:
Two crew members will assist one graduate student to capture, GPS tag, and monitor Pinyon Jay populations through target capturing, count and behavioral surveys, habitat data collection, remote telemetry data collection, and deployment of audio recording units (ARU). Expected duties also include, but not limited to assist with capture and banding of Pinyon Jays, including deployment of GPS transmitters using leg-loop harnesses; assist in the collection of biological samples from captured Pinyon Jays in the form of fecal matter, nail clipping, feathers, and blooWant to find out more about this job?
