The Curator of Amphibians develops and oversees animal care practices, staff performance and development and the design and maintenance of amphibian facilities. The Curator of Amphibians oversees execution of research, conservation and education programs that advance the strategic goals of the Detroit Zoological Society.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and oversight of all Amphibian Department operations, including animal care, animal welfare, staff performance, staff training, maintenance, guest engagement activities, special events and other projects as needed.
