About this position As our new Customer Care Advocate, you get to serve as an ambassador for 4ocean. We want our customers to see your smile and willingness to help them; after all, they care greatly for the ocean and everything for which 4ocean stands.  You will get the opportunity to respond, document, and provide resolutions to customer questions and concerns while working as a team to achieve a daily goal ensuring our customer hear back from us as fast as we possibly can. Other fun stuff you’ll get to do:
  • Answer a variety of customer questions (some crazy unique and others pretty standard) all via email by following our typical 4ocean guidelines. Some scenarios may include: - Customer & product inquiries
