Summary: This professional-level position involves a broad range of administrative and outreach responsibilities in support of the Northwest Program.  This role has lead responsibility for assuring the efficient administrative functioning of a regional program spanning three states (WA, OR, ID), including providing administrative, outreach, technical, and research assistance. They organize and implement outreach activities and special events in the region. In addition, the coordinator regularly functions as the Northwest Director’s liaison to other staff, Defenders' members and the general public.  This position requires substantial discretion in determining how to meet assigned goals and competing deadlines.
