The Wairarapa District Office is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their biodiversity team.   The successful applicant will have a proven background in contract management.   They will also have good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders including community groups, landowners and iwi representatives.   Proven experience in threatened species management or pest animal control is preferred but not essential.   This is a broad role and involves working in partnership with iwi on all manner of conservation projects, including but not limited to: Animal trapping and pest control operations.
