These are two fixed term roles for 24 months. Location is negotiable for both roles. We're are looking for our next curious and talented Learning Designer to come and join the team. The Capability and Development Team is DOC's inhouse function for all things learning. We work with the business to understand what they're missing, we design and develop learning solutions, and then we deliver them!   You will ensure that we are delivering contemporary and considered design for our learning solutions. You will ensure that our learning solutions are learner centric and stay true to the learning outcomes we've identified. You will work with our internal customers to take them on the learning design journey and make them feel excited about what we're delivering for them.
