The Deputy Director for Policy will work with Mass Rivers staff and external partners to drive policy change, and will mobilize, connect, and deepen partnerships with Mass River’s 80 organizational member groups. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of effective policy and advocacy leadership in water policy, including familiarity with climate change, environmental justice, and other relevant issue areas. We are seeking someone with program staff and management experience, including budget oversight, fundraising, and supporting staff as they advance in their careers. A high priority is that the applicant has a professional and personal commitment to the interconnected issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion and environmental justice
