The Development Director’s primary responsibility is to secure the resources necessary to support Seattle Audubon’s general operating fund. The initial fundraising goal for this position is $400,000 annually, with the expectation of increasing efficiency with longer tenure. Success in the role will require a highly energetic individual, capable of proactive strategy and planning. This is presently a teleworking position, until pandemic restrictions allow for safe return to our office and Nature Shop in Northeast Seattle, which is a highly collaborative environment.
