The Development Operations Coordinator works within the fundraising management system to process gifts, input donor interactions and notes, and produce reports to track on key performance indicators for the California Development department. The position is split approximately 75% gift entry and 25% administrative support for the Development Executive team. The Coordinator inputs revenue, prepares meeting briefings, files gift documentation, and creates mailing and event lists. Additionally, the Coordinator assists in expense preparation, scheduling, and travel arrangements, as well as other special projects related to fundraising and financial reporting. The Coordinator may have substantial contact with staff, donors, and legal and financial professionals.
