Nature Friendly Schools is a Defra funded; nationwide project led by the Wildlife Trusts.  The aim of the project is to work with school communities to develop plans for utilizing local green spaces as a tool for building mental health resilience in vulnerable children.  Rather than a specific delivery role, the successful candidate will work closely with staff across the school community to shape a program of outdoor sessions designed to influence positive mental health benefits.  You will need to be able to influence school leaders and create dynamic plans in liaison with all staff in the setting.
