The assistant ecologist will be expected to, following training: Undertake Extended Phase 1 Habitat Surveys of smaller sites, primarily within Devon but occasionally further afield Prepare and check fieldwork material and equipment Assist with bat activity/emergence/dawn re-entry surveys as part of a survey team Undertake a range of practical tasks associated with habitat creation, land management and mitigation works Assist with tender, report and map production, including habitat management plans Assist wit
