The donor communications officer writes and edits a variety of communication materials that educate and inform the public and further fundraising goals. They provide editorial advice and expertise, oversees team/cross-departmental communication efforts, and work with contract writers and related vendors.  Their written products may include funding proposals, fact sheets, presentations, annual reports, website articles/stories, op-ed pieces, high-level donor profiles, presidential acknowledgment letters, campaign brochures, and case statements.
