We are seeking an experienced Ranger with a track record of delivering community and/or wellbeing projects, to join our friendly team. You will lead on implementing community, wellbeing and volunteer outcomes. Contributing to horticultural, amenity and conservation work, ensuring the successful delivery of the £1.2m ‘Durlston Pleasure Grounds’ Project. Context: Durlston Country Park National Nature Reserve (NNR) is owned and managed by Dorset County Council for people and wildlife. Wildflower meadows, woodland, downland, sea cliffs and the award-winning Durlston Castle attracts 250,000+ visitors p/a.
