An opportunity has arisen for a part time Environment Officer to support the development of the Fellfoot Forward Landscape Partnership Scheme in Cumbria, on behalf of the North Pennines AONB Partnership for a period of 18 months. It is envisaged that should further funding be secured, that the post holder’s contract be extended. The successful applicant will be expected:- To lead on elements of the Scheme relating to conservation of the natural environment, farming and land management, and to support work relating to heritage access and interpretation.
