The Education and Communications Coordinator will coordinate education activities to raise public awareness on the impacts of invasive species within the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK). The Coordinator will follow and refine a detailed short- and long-term education workplan regarding various outreach and education programs and will lead a crew of 1-2 summer students as they deliver programming on aquatic and terrestrial invasive species identification, impacts, management options, and restoration techniques.
