We are looking for an Ecologist with expertise in bat ecology, to join our team to assist with reactive and planned inspections of trees on our highway network and to play a key role in managing tree safety and Ash Dieback in Lancashire. Along with approximately 7000km of highway, the County Council also manages a large property portfolio including nearly 400 schools. Managing our trees so that we minimise risks to people and property is a big challenge, one which will enable you to deploy your skills and knowledge in a wide range of situations.
