We are looking for a full-time ecologist with an honours degree in ecology or a closely related field, with experience working in an ecology-related environment. While appropriate training will be given, you should be able to undertake project work without direct supervision and, with more experience, we will be looking for you to rapidly progress to take on more responsibility within the consultancy. Ideally you will hold survey licences for at least one protected species, or be willing to work towards gaining these. The ideal candidate will have experience in undertaking a range of arboricultural, habitat and protected species surveys, including extended Phase 1 habitat surveys and Phase 2 protected species surveys in accordance with recognised best practice guidelines.
