The Ocean Research & Conservation Association (ORCA) offers year-round internships with our education team open to high school students, college students and recent college graduates who are looking to gain ‘real world’ education and outreach experiences. Interns will work at ORCA’s facility in Fort Pierce, local schools and outside at ORCA’s native plant nursery. ORCA Education Interns will become more comfortable and confident teachers/presenters, gain curriculum development experience, and make valuable professional contacts for future scientific and/or educational endeavors.
