The Elan Links: People, Nature & Water Landscape Partnership has secured funding from Heritage Lottery Fund to deliver an exciting programme of 26 exciting projects under 11 strategic objectives which will deliver the above vision. Elan is located in the Cambrian Mountains in Mid Wales.
