BTO harnesses the skills and passion of birdwatchers to advance our understanding of ornithology and produce impartial science, communicated so that it can be of benefit to everyone.  We are fortunate to have a large and active network of volunteers contributing to our work in England and are investing in an additional staff role to support them. We are looking for an enthusiastic bird watcher with excellent interpersonal, bird identification and survey skills. The successful applicant will be based in BTO’s Thetford offices and will assist the Head of Development and Engagement (BTO Country Offices) and Head of Surveys in developing, organising and delivering public engagement and volunteer training activities in furtherance of BTO’s aims, primarily in England via the BTO Regional
