Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development of division goals, measurable objectives, and long range plans for the Division and its organizational components.
  • Direct the preparation of the annual work plans and budget requests.
  • Direct the allocation of funds and other resources and account for their effective use.
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems to carry out program objectives.
  • Advise the Deputy Commissioners and Commissioner on policy decisions.
  • Provide recommendations for the formulation and implementation of Department policies, orders, and rules and regulations governing the management and use of fish and wildlife and their habitats.
