Environmental Protection Specialists support the CIA's environmental safety program at Agency facilities. Responsibilities of the Environmental Protection Specialist include:
  • Advise on, manage & perform activities related to environmental protection programs (e.g., air & water quality, storage tanks, hazardous waste management, cultural & natural resources, and site restoration & remediation) at your location of assignment
  • Conduct inspections/audits to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state & local laws, regulations & standards & take action to correct
