To perform environmental analysis, monitoring, GIS surveying and inspection duties related to the functions of the Environmental Services within an assigned department; to conduct research and prepare plans and reports relating to environmental quality and water resource management of both surface water and groundwater; to provide subject matter expertise in core environmental services to complete a variety of conservation projects; and to perform related duties as assigned.
