Overview

The Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management is the leading professional membership body for ecologists and environmental managers in the UK and Ireland.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Engagement Officer to join our team and lead our work to create a more diverse and inclusive profession. Environmental professions are among the least diverse professions in the UK. That has to change. You will use your lived experience of equality, diversity and inclusion issues, your excellent communication and project management skills, your creativity, your interest in the environment and your ability to build effective stakeholder relationships to help us create change. Are you up for this challenge?
