MMO has a responsibility for regulating English waters, therefore this role can be located in any Defra Group office in England, subject to capacity. You will be asked to express a preference during your application, please note your first preference is not guaranteed. There may be requirement to undertake induction and training in Newcastle at the start of the appointment. How that will be delivered can be discussed with the successful candidate. MMO Offices include Alnwick, Brixham, Beverley, Harwich, Hastings, London, Lowestoft, Newcastle, North Shields, Hayle, Plymouth, Poole, Portsmouth, Preston, Scarborough, Shoreham, Whitehaven and York.
