Introduction:
The Executive Director (ED) oversees all aspects of the organization’s work. The ED manages three staff departments: land protection and stewardship, development and outreach, and administration. Additionally, the ED assists the Board of Directors in setting the strategic direction of the organization, including recruitment activities.
