Job Summary: The executive director, in concert with the board of directors, provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization and is responsible for its health and sustainability. We are seeking a leader who will bring vision and passion to grow the organization’s impact on the broader East King County community.

The primary duties of the executive director include fundraising, board relations, ensuring financial sustainability, supervision of staff, communication among all its constituencies and with members, the public, elected leaders, and partners. The executive director is also responsible for the recruitment, coordination and development of volunteers.
