Conduct ecological and natural resource field surveys such as wetland delineations and threatened and endangered species assessments. Prepare CWA Section 404 permit documents, consult with the United States Army Corps of Engineers on permitting, and perform mitigation evaluation and design. Perform protected species surveys for submittal and consultation with USFWS and state agencies as applicable. Responsibilities may also include NEPA evaluations, environmental site investigations, assessments and surveys to sample, measure and analyze a wide variety of environmental factors such as air, water, material, and soil.
