We're looking for ambitious individuals with a passion for exploring our planet's biodiversity to join our Field Research Team. Basecamp Research is looking for a Field Research Scientist to join the Field Science team. The position will be focused on planning and leading expeditions to biodiversity hotspots around the world and collecting data on the microbial diversity of these locations in situ. This role has a large focus on molecular biology techniques and DNA extraction methods whilst in the field. As a field research scientist you will be working closely with leading experts in our passionate team spanning data science, biotechnology, and biodiversity engagement.
