Overall Job Purpose: The Technician & Education Support Officer will be responsible for the overall maintenance, cleaning and preparation of equipment used by visiting groups and assisting with the day-to-day supervision of volunteers, research placements and work experience students. They will also be responsible for carrying out routine safety checks on the equipment and record keeping. The role will also have an important part to play as the first point of contact and ongoing daily support for the many groups who teach their own courses at FSC Millport.
